Honeycomb Tack Welding Electrode

 

The DispersionWeld Electrode revolutionizes tack welding on honeycomb surfaces. Its unique design allows the electrode to conform to the complex shape of the honeycomb, reducing the risk of material damage during welding operations. The layers of copper foil and high-temperature silicone mandrel ensure stable contact resistance by conforming to curved honeycomb surfaces. The CS-005-15 copper strap is constructed of 15 layers of .005" copper foil, making it easy to remove and replace individual layers as needed. Simply clean the electrode with a Scotch-Brite pad or 600-grit emery paper for optimal performance.
